Shipping Policy

Domestic

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 1-2 working days except for kundan and handmade jewellery. Handmade and Kundan dispatch time is 9-10 days approx. You need to contact us if you need a delivery urgently.

In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge on all jewelry orders of PKR 200 for Cash on Delivery.

The projected delivery time after dispatch for all non-Lahore based orders is 3-5 business days. In Lahore it takes 1-3 days approx.

Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment, and if you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, you can contact us on our Insta page or email us at info@fabonlinepk.com. Make sure you have your order number (provided to via email when you place your order) when you call or email us.

if you are receiving your order on COD (Cash on Delivery) you cannot open your order unless you have made the payment .

International

Dispatch time is same as domestic orders which is 1-2 days for almost all jewellery items except for kundan and handmade jewellery. Handmade and Kundan dispatch time is 9-10 days approx. You need to contact us if you need a delivery urgently.

For International order, shipping charges are show on checkout page. Shipping charges are dependent on weight and number of items you order. On checkout page it will show total bill of items along with shipping charges and weight of your order. Shipping starts from 4,500 and depends on weight.

International orders are only processed in advance payment which can be paid via card, bank transfer or western union etc.

The projected delivery time after dispatch for all international orders based 5-7 business days by courier such as DHL, Aramex or UPS etc.
